To Feature or Not to Feature. Featured auctions get more bids. They also cost more – a lot more. Before deciding whether or not to feature your item, you need to evaluate its popularity. You should perform a basic market analysis.
There are 2 types of featured auctions – those which that are Gallery Featured ($19.95) and those of which that are Featured Plus! ($19.95)
By choosing Gallery Featured, your item will periodically appear in the special Featured section above the general Gallery. Your picture will be almost double the size of non-featured Gallery pictures, and will also appear in the general Gallery.
Featured Plus! gives your listing prominent placement in the category list and search results. Your item will be featured prominently in the Featured Items section of the category list you choose for the item. It will also appear in the regular, non-featured item list.
Note: An eBay member must have a feedback rating of 10 or more in order to place a Featured Auction or a Featured Plus Auction.
